Our Services
Each of our services can be tailored to meet the needs of the task at hand. Pricing varies from job to job, but starts at the same base fee listed below. We aim to be Budget Friendly and still provide top quality services. For "off island" or outside of the North Central Whidbey Island area, base services start at $45/hr. Additional fees may be assessed at time of service.
Home & Office Cleaning
Standard cleans start at $40/ hr, includes routine cleaning, sanitizing high touch areas, basic floor care (vaccuum/mop), household trash removal. All rooms or specific areas. Detail or extra services available for add'l fee.

Window Washing
Indoor and Exterior window cleaning.
Base rate starts at $180 plus $5/window.
-Exterior windows above ground floor subject to prior approval, and possible add'l fee.
Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
Base Fee- $350/ 6hr clean. Add'l hours- $40/per. Full unit clean, includes deep cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms. Light duty maintenance available for extra fee + cost of materials (outlet covers, light fixtures, blinds, etc).

Exterior Maintenance
Basic Lawn Care starting at $50/hr. Mowing, weed eating, edging, leaf blowing.
Pressure washing- Chemical Free or eco-friendly soaps available Seasonal Service only, available Spring through early Fall.

Vacation Rentals
Includes bed & bath linen laundry as well as basic clean of property.
Homes up to 4 guests- $150
Homes 5-6 guests- $180
Homes 7-10 guests-$220
11 or more guests- $270
Extra fee may apply for bunk beds, excessive laundry, same-day/short notice turnover, and/or Deep/emergency cleans.
Dump fee for excess trash start at $20+
Professional/Commercial Space Cleaning
Standard janitorial tasks starting at $100/day
-Trash removal
-Bathroom clean
-Floor cleaning (Vacuum/mopping)
-Hard surface sanitization
-Other tasks may be available with possible add'l fee.
